CeCe LeBlanc’s summer checklist was simple: hang with Portia, sneak in kisses with Zach, and rock out in the Jazz quintet for Voodoo Bayou. Then a gruesome murder and a rogue Rougarou in the French Quarter turned her plans into “try not to get eaten.”
